How does dealing from the bottom of a deck permit one to deal select cards?

Just watched the movie “Maverick” with Mel Gibson and this puzzled me. This was also in “Rounders”. Why does dealing from the bottom let you deal specific cards to yourself or someone else?

Who knows where to consult the meaning of dreams and gut feel?

I always dream of something and it usually happened in reality after several days or months. I always have a gut feel about the person and i found out later that its true. I also always see a man in my dreams. He is wearing a white t shirt always and i can see his arms, his face looking at me. I know this guy in person. Is he my soulmate? I am happy , i can feel it in my heart when i wake up if i see him on my dreams. Please help. Thank you

I’m traveling to Minneapolis from California this Sunday for one week to take a training class and want some tips. I’m not used to cold weather. I love California weather. It was a little shocking to me when I checked the current temperatures in Minneapolis. I’ll be staying at the Hampton Inn in Bloomington, MN. Please let me know if you suggest any good restaurants around there. What are some of the cool things to do there. Thanks.
